Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts

Content Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for all content you provide for your website
• You must ensure you have the right to use all images, text, and other materials
• Content must not violate any laws or infringe on third-party rights
• You must keep your business information accurate and up-to-date

Pricing and Billing

• Setup fees are due upon service initiation
• Monthly hosting fees are billed in advance
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

Payment Methods

• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers
• Payments are processed securely through third-party providers
• Failed payments may result in service suspension
• Late payment fees may apply for overdue accounts

Refund Policy

• Setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced
• Monthly fees may be refunded on a pro-rata basis for unused periods
• Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days
• Custom development work is non-refundable

You may not use our services for:

• Illegal activities or content that violates applicable laws
• Spam, phishing, or other malicious activities
• Adult content, gambling, or other restricted industries

Violation of these terms may result in immediate service termination without refund.

• Our templates, designs, and code remain our intellectual property
• You receive a license to use our services, not ownership

Your Rights

• You retain ownership of your business content and data
• You grant us a license to use your content to provide our services
• You can export your content upon service termination

Uptime Guarantee

• We guarantee 99.9% uptime for hosting services
• Planned maintenance will be scheduled during low-traffic periods
• Service credits may be provided for extended outages

Support Response Times

• Critical issues: Within 2 hours during business hours
• General inquiries: Within 24 hours
• Feature requests: Within 48 hours

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VISDAK shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages exceeding the amount paid for our services
• Issues caused by third-party services or user error
• Force majeure events beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for our services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

• You may cancel your service at any time with 30 days notice
• You remain responsible for all charges incurred before termination
• We will provide a data export upon request

By Us

• We may terminate service for violation of these terms
• We may suspend service for non-payment
• We will provide reasonable notice except for serious violations
